🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We want your little one to love every product. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:
- Return Window: You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong products are eligible for full return and refund/replacement.
- How to Return:
- Contact us at support@pandatales.in or via WhatsApp with order details and photos (if required).
- We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return steps.
- Refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the product.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be sent to the original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
